For 2022 our bed and breakfast Sea View House will be transformed into a luxury four bedroom lodge. The property will be converted this winter and will be available from March 2022. Suitable for up to eight guests to stay in absolute comfort, this luxury lodge is located in Doolin village at the start of the amazing Cliffs of Moher coastal walk. It will be the perfect base to rest and recharge. The lodge will overlook the Atlantic and Fisherstreet with its now famous thatched cottages. Discover its shops, cafés and pubs, including Gus O'Connor's, world-famous for traditional Irish music, played nightly. In the evening you have the option to Dine in at your Lodge or Dine out at one of Doolin's great local restaurants, cafés and eateries.
The Sea View Lodge occupies three floors and is accessed privately via two flights of stairs leading to an expansive private deck with hot tub. There is a large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area with panoramic views of the village and ocean. A stair case leads to a large lounge with comfy couches and a snug with a picture window looking out over the Atlantic. The first floor contains four sumptuous bedrooms providing exceptionally comfortable sleeping. Three king size rooms and one twin each has a private bathroom.
Each bedroom features a flat screen smart television with access to over 100 channels and online services such as Netflix. Complementary wifi throughout the lodge. We provide all the bedding, linens and towels for your stay, plus a daily housekeeping service if required. Choose a rate with our Burren Breakfast Buffet and you can start your days with a homemade and locally sourced selection of breakfast dishes or we can point in the right direction to source your own ingredients.
Doolin is within the UNESCO recognised Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark and is a gateway to the Aran Islands. There is so much you can do while you're here - venturing out along the Wild Atlantic Way on foot or horseback, cycling the North Clare Cycle Network, playing a round of golf, the world famous Lahinch Links course is just 10 minutes up the road, and of course the impossibly romantic and always dramatic Cliffs of Moher can be enjoyed from above or below.
Please note the owners live in the lower ground floor of the building which is completely seperate from the Lodge with its own private entrance and deck. The only shared space is the driveway and the car park.
