Breakfast @ Your Lodge

Our "Breakfast in a Lodge" experience is available and can be booked separately. We will deliver our freshly prepared Burren Food Trail Breakfast Buffet each morning to your lodge without disturbance. Regretfully we are not able to offer a Irish Breakfast at our Lodges, but we can recommend a number of local cafés in Doolin who can.

Our Burren Food Trail Breakfast Buffet can change daily with the availability of local produce but usually includes a variety of Burren foods including,

• Our homemade Irish soda bread.
• Darra's banana bread.
• A selection of homemade jams.
• Irish farm butter.
• Our signature Burren goats cheese frittata made with eggs from our farm served with Darra's tomato Chutney.
• Breakfast parfait of homemade yogurt, garden grown poached fruit, topped with Granola.
• Fresh fruit.
• Cured meat.
• Handmade Burren cheese from Ailwee.
• St Tola goats cheese.
• Cheese biscuits.
• A selection of breakfast cereals.

Almost all ingredients are sourced from either our own garden and farm or from our partner members of the Burren Food Trail.
